Diabetes type 1 is a chronic health condition that characterized by elevated levels of glucose in your blood or high blood sugar. Diabetes type 1 usually affects the patients under the age of 20 years and generally, the patients have a skinny body. Diabetes type 1 is caused by damage to the pancreas so that insulin production is reduced. They need to be supplemented with insulin for the rest of their lives as failure to do so will rapidly result in death. Diabetes type 2 usually affects the patients above the age of 35 years and attacks people who are overweight or obesity. Diabetes type 2 is caused by insulin resistance. The insulin is adequate but does not work well in controlling blood sugar levels, so the patients take oral medications or swallowing drugs. Actually, diabetes type 2 is preventable because it usually affects people with unhealthy eating and rarely exercises.

  • Move the body more actively. Expand the outdoors activities than play gadgets in the room.
  • Weight management. Control the weight by dieting and exercising regularly to avoid obesity.
